UK orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days from the shipped date (unless stated otherwise). During festive and promotional seasons the order preparation process may take up to 5 working days before orders are shipped. No orders are delivered on UK bank holidays. For information of these dates kindly refer to the following link; https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays. You must allow at least 48 hours for your order to be picked and prepared in our warehouse.
