Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you are not able to cancel or adjust the order.

Sustainability?

We are incredibly proud of brands Scottish roots and our unique heritage as a British brand. As part of our commitment to safeguarding Hunter, our production is based in China, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Taking into considering local environmental factors, these factories are some of the largest and highest quality producers of rubber in the world and manufacturing very close to the materials source helps reduce the carbon footprint of our products. All factories are close to our rubber plantations and reflect our values and our commitment to quality and innovation.

We always welcome new creative ideas, but please be mindful that our team receive an incredibly high volume of enquiries a day and we are not always able to respond to all of them.

Hunter Shop Locations?

Unfortunately we do not currently have a current stockist list of retailers however you can always order direct from our website. However we do appreciate you may prefer to try our on products so please email us at support@hunterboots.co.uk and
we can direct you to a local recommended retailer.

My Discount Code isn't working?

When you sign up to our exciting newsletter, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. 
All discount codes are provided by us, we do not use third parties.  If you still have any issues, please contact support@hunterboots.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

If I subscribe to the new Hunter newsletter, what will I receive?

If you subscribe to our super newsletter, you will be the first to know about the latest styles and sales promotions available.

Suspected faulty goods?

If you suspect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than www.hunterboots.co.uk, please return the suspected faulty item to the retailer you made your purchase from.

Any orders placed on or before the 17th June 

Should your question relate to any product order placed before 17th June, any unprocessed return or outstanding refund, please contact your bank or payment service provider to file a chargeback. 

We are in the process of relaunching the Hunter brand in the UK and Europe and will do our very best to service you with your enquiry.
We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your purchase, and whilst we were not responsible for your previous transaction we would very much like to keep you as a valued Hunter customer in the future.

We should hopefully be able to assist over email, if you are able to email some images of your item and the problem with item. In the images if you could please include:
 
Images of the fault(s)
Both footwear together showing the uppers
The sole units of both footwear
An image of the inside of the tongue label on the footwear (We will need this as we require the factory detail which is printed on the inside of the tongue)

Please ensure that all images are included, as we will need all of these images to be able to consider this over email for you
